[:en] In the previous newsletter we told you about the new IFTS course organized by Centrocot and ITS Cosmo Foundation: Textile Innovation. The course has been presented to the Lombardy Region as part of the initiatives promoted by the Operational Programme co-financed by the European Social Fund and, if admitted to funding, will be free of charge for selected participants. The training proposal is part of the “IFTS – Istruzione e formazione tecnica superiore” (Higher technical education and training) typology designed to train solid and innovative professionals who respond to the demand coming from the labour market and is unique in its kind, carried out in collaboration with ISIS C institutes. As in previous editions, participants will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of the textile sector, with particular attention to sustainability. In addition, this year they will have the opportunity to learn about the current issues of textiles for medical, antibacterial and PPE use, they will have the opportunity to attend the course of ZDHC Chemical Management in the Textile Industry and access the relevant certification. The course has a duration of 1,000 hours and 450 hours are dedicated to internships in companies. It is aimed at young graduates under the age of 29, unemployed and resident or domiciled in the Lombardy Region.
