Below is the schedule of the next “e-learning Apprenticeship” courses to be launched:

TRAINING PATHS FOR APPRENTICES ON THE CONTENTS OF SAFETY AT WORK
8-hour module
course structure: 2 meetings of a duration of 4 hours for each meeting
delivery date: October 28 and November 5
hours: from 9.00 to 13.00
location: e-learning training (Moodle platform – CENTROCOT)

TRANSVERSAL 1ST YEAR
module of 32 hours
course structure: 8 meetings of 4 hours for each meeting
Course start: November 2, 2021
course closure: December 1, 2021
hours: from 9.00 to 13.00
location: e-learning training (Moodle platform – CENTROCOT)

The type of recipients entitled to provincial funding are apprentices hired in:
– professionalizing apprenticeship pursuant to art. 44 of Legislative Decree 81/2015 as of January 1, 2020;
– at companies with registered or operational headquarters located in the province of Varese, subject to the possibility of derogation in the case of apprentices domiciled in the province of Varese and hired by companies with registered or operational headquarters in the Lombardy region;
– whose company has not previously benefited from an Apprenticeship Grant for that apprentice.

It is also specified that:
– in order to access modules relating to the first year, the company must have activated itself for enrollment in the courses within 6 months of hiring, as required by the relevant legislation.

Companies that have not activated within the deadline indicated above, will not take advantage of
public financing, but they can still have their apprentices participate by enrolling them as private users.

The costs of participation as private users are as follows:

TRANSVERSAL 1ST YEAR
320.00 outside the VAT field ex art 2 paragraph 3 letter A of DPR 633/72

Will be recognized training in the field of safety at work acquired by the apprentice in previous employment relationships and apprenticeship, against an attendance of at least 8 hours, provided that it is made in accordance with the provisions of art. 37, paragraphs 1 and 2 of Legislative Decree 9 April 2008, n. 81 and the agreement in the Permanent Conference for relations between the State, the Regions and the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano of 21/12/2011 and subsequent amendments.

The training credit will be recognized in any case to the maximum extent of 8 hours, even in the presence of courses of longer duration.
To take advantage of the training credit, the employer must submit to the trainer a copy of the training certificates on safety or produce a declaration in lieu of certification pursuant to art. 46 of Presidential Decree no. 445 of December 28, 2000.

La tipologia dei destinatari con diritto al finanziamento provinciale sono gli apprendisti assunti in:

• apprendistato professionalizzante ai sensi dell’art. 44 del D.Lgs 81/2015 a decorrere dal 1 gennaio 2020;
• presso aziende con sede legale o operativa localizzata in provincia di Varese, salvo possibilità di deroga nel caso di apprendisti domiciliati in provincia di Varese e assunti da aziende con sede legale o operativa in regione Lombardia;
• la cui azienda non abbia in precedenza già fruito di una Dote Apprendistato per quell’apprendista.

Si specifica inoltre che:

• per accedere a moduli relativi alla prima annualità l’azienda si deve essere attivata per l’iscrizione ai corsi entro 6 mesi dall’assunzione, come previsto dalla normativa in materia.

Le aziende che non si sono attivate entro il termine sopra indicato, non usufruiranno
del finanziamento pubblico, ma potranno comunque far partecipare gli apprendisti iscrivendoli come utenti privati.

I costi di partecipazione come utenti privati sono i seguenti:

Sarà riconosciuta la formazione nell’ambito della sicurezza sul lavoro acquisita dall’apprendista in precedenti rapporti di lavoro e di tirocinio, a fronte di una frequenza di almeno 8 ore, purché realizzata conformemente a quanto disposto dall’art. 37, commi 1 e 2 del D.lgs. 9 aprile 2008, n. 81 e dell’accordo in sede di Conferenza permanente per i rapporti tra lo Stato, le Regioni e le Province Autonome di Trento e di Bolzano del 21/12/2011 e successive modifiche.

Il credito formativo sarà riconosciuto in ogni caso nella misura massima di 8 ore, anche in presenza di corsi di durata superiore.

Per usufruire del credito formativo, il datore di lavoro dovrà presentare al soggetto formatore copia degli attestati di formazione sulla sicurezza o produrre dichiarazione sostitutiva di certificazione ai sensi dell’art. 46 del D.P.R. 28 dicembre 2000, n. 445.
