The ``Made in Italy`` National Technology Cluster (MinIT) aims to promote technology transfer and innovation towards companies by leveraging the distinctive factors of Italian design and made in Italy products.

The Cluster is an association that counts Sistema Moda Italia among the founding members and which also sees the participation of Centrocot with the presence of CEO Grazia Cerini in the Coordination and Management Committee and Roberto Vannucci in the Scientific and Training Committee. The sectoral areas of interest are those typical of Italian quality production recognized worldwide and characterized by design, creativity and technological innovation, such as the fashion system (textiles and clothing, leather and footwear, tanning, eyewear), the wood-based system-furniture-home furnishing, the goldsmith sector.

The Cluster gathers universities, associations, centers of excellence, regional clusters and companies on a national scale, with the aim of promoting technology transfer and innovation to increase the competitiveness of the territories.

Three working groups have been activated, which can also be initially joined by non-associates: Business models, Circular economy, Traceability and anti-counterfeiting. The working groups have the purpose of identifying the needs of the reference sectors (mapping) and favoring the interrelationships between the various subjects on the trajectories of innovation, developing knowledge and activities.
