Your data will be processed solely for the assessment of your professional profile and any selection process aimed at establishing a professional relationship or professional collaboration. The processing of your data for the purposes indicated in point 4) has a legal basis in the execution of pre-contractual measures, pursuant to art. 6.1 b) Regulations. The processing of any particular data you may have provided and / or indicated in your curriculum vitae is, on the other hand, a legal basis in your consent. Within the scope indicated in the previous point 4), the processing of your data will be in paper form and by electronic means, in compliance with the provisions on the processing of personal data, adopting appropriate security measures. The processing of your data will be handled by specially trained and trained personnel, just to guarantee the proper security and confidentiality, as well as to avoid risks of loss and / or destruction and access by unauthorized parties. Within the limits strictly relevant to the purposes indicated in the previous point 4) your data may be communicated to individuals within Centrocot specifically designated that perform activities related and instrumental to the evaluation of your professional profile. In case of need, for activities related to the management and maintenance of computer systems, the Data may be processed by WTV srl, the subject / entity responsible for this, specifically appointed as Data Processor. Your data will be kept for the period of 1 year from the date of collection of the same, without prejudice to the possibility of revocation of consent as per following point 9). With reference to your data, you have the right to ask Centrocot in the manner indicated in the Regulations and without prejudice to the provisions and limitations set forth in Legislative Decree no. 101/2018 (Part I – Title I – Chapter III): – access, in the cases provided for (art.15 Regulations); – the correction of inaccurate data and the integration of incomplete data (Article 16 of the Regulations); – the deletion of the Data for the reasons provided (Article 17 of the Regulations), such as when they are no longer necessary with respect to the purposes indicated above or are not treated in compliance with the Rules; – the limitation of treatment for the hypotheses provided (Article 18 of the Regulations), as in the case where the accuracy of the Data is contested and it is necessary to verify that it is correct; – portability, that is to say the right to receive, in the foreseen cases (Article 20 of the Regulations), in a structured format of common use and automatically readable by Data and to transmit said Data to another data controller; – opposition to processing, in the cases provided for (Article 21 of the Rules). Il trattamento potrà anche riguardare i dati “particolari” di cui all’art. 9 del Regolamento da Lei eventualmente forniti e/o indicati nel suo curriculum vitae (dati personali che rivelino l’origine razziale o etnica, le opinioni politiche, le convinzioni religiose o filosofiche, l’appartenenza sindacale nonché dati genetici, biometrici, relativi alla salute o alla vita e orientamento sessuali) (di seguito, nel complesso, “Dati”). I Suoi Dati verranno trattati unicamente per la valutazione del Suo profilo professionale e l’eventuale processo di selezione volto all’instaurazione di un rapporto di lavoro o di collaborazione professionale. Il trattamento dei Suoi Dati per la finalità indicata al precedente punto 4) trova base giuridica nell’esecuzione di misure precontrattuali, ai sensi dell’art. 6.1 b) Regolamento. Il trattamento degli eventuali dati particolari da Lei eventualmente forniti e/o indicati nel suo curriculum vitae trova, invece, base giuridica nel consenso da Lei espresso. Nell’ambito della finalità indicata al precedente punto 4), il trattamento dei Suoi Dati avverrà in forma cartacea e mediante strumenti elettronici, nel rispetto delle disposizioni normative in materia di trattamento dei dati personali, adottando le misure di sicurezza adeguate. Il trattamento dei Suoi Dati sarà gestito da personale appositamente formato e istruito, proprio per garantirne l’adeguata sicurezza e riservatezza, nonché per evitare rischi di perdita e/o distruzione e accessi da parte di soggetti non autorizzati. Nei limiti strettamente pertinenti alle finalità indicate al precedente punto 4) i Suoi Dati possono essere comunicati a soggetti interni a Centrocot appositamente designati che svolgono attività connesse e strumentali alla valutazione del Suo profilo professionale. In caso di necessità, per attività legate alla gestione e manutenzione dei sistemi informatici, i Dati possono essere trattati da WTV srl, soggetto / ente a ciò addetto, specificamente nominato Responsabile del Trattamento. I Suoi Dati saranno conservati per il periodo di 1 anno dalla data di raccolta degli stessi, fermo restando in ogni caso la possibilità di revoca del consenso come da successivo punto 9). Con riferimento ai Suoi Dati, Lei ha il diritto di chiedere a Centrocot con le modalità indicate dal Regolamento e ferme restando le disposizioni e limitazioni di cui al D. Lgs. n. 101/2018 (Parte I – Titolo I – Capo III): Con riferimento al trattamento degli eventuali dati particolari da Lei forniti, Lei ha altresì il diritto di revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento senza pregiudicare la liceità del trattamento prestato prima della revoca. Nel caso ritenga che il trattamento dei Suoi Dati violi le disposizioni contenute nel Regolamento, Lei ha il diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali secondo quanto previsto dall’art. 77 del Regolamento stesso.
